Libya and America may renew diplomatic relations, according to Libyan President Mu’ammar Al-Qadhafi’s son, Saif Al-Islam Al-Qadhafi, chairman of the Qadhafi Foundation. He made the comment during an appearance on the Arabic-language international satellite television station, Al-Jazeera.
