The U.S. House of Representatives has overwhelmingly approved a resolution supporting Israel’s right to fight against terrorism.
The resolution passed by 399 to five.
It notes 22 innocent Israelis were “murdered” in the week following the Aqaba peace summit.

It also points out that Hamas and Islamic Jihad have sworn to destroy Israel and not leave one Jew in Palestine.
It concludes that compromising with terrorists is doomed to failure.
The five politicians voting against the resolution were four Democrats, Paul Dingell, Jerry Kleczka, Nick Rahall, Lynn Woolsey.
The lone republican was Ron Paul.
