‘Peace to Prosperity’ and Palestinian Needs (AUDIO INTERVIEW)

As political and business leaders from the Middle East and elsewhere sit down in Manama, the capital of Bahrain, to discuss a $50 billion funding plan for the region should there be peace between Israel and the Palestinians, little has been mentioned as to what the money could be used for.

With $28 billion from the plan – dubbed by the Trump Administration “Peace to Prosperity” – earmarked for the Palestinians, The Media Line spoke with reserve Col. Grisha Yakubovich, a former head of the Civilian Department of COGAT, the Israeli Defense Ministry body responsible for administering large parts of the West Bank.
