With $28 billion from the plan – dubbed by the Trump Administration “Peace to Prosperity” – earmarked for the Palestinians, The Media Line spoke with reserve Col. Grisha Yakubovich, a former head of the Civilian Department of COGAT, the Israeli Defense Ministry body responsible for administering large parts of the West Bank.
