But what’s missing from much of the global discussion is any serious engagement with context: the role of Hamas in manipulating aid, the hostage crisis that’s far from resolved, the logistical and ethical dilemmas of waging war against a terror group embedded in civilian infrastructure, and the fact that Israel has been delivering aid.
