The couple, arrested in Tubas, a village in the northern West Bank on Wednesday night, are Mahmad Jama’ Suleiman Greib and Jihad Azzam Sa’id Daraghmah.
Daraghmah is the sister of 19-year-old Hiba Daraghmah, who blew herself up in a shopping mall in the northern Israeli town Afula on May 19 this year. Three Israelis were killed in that attack.
