[Transcript] We are located in one of the military bases that belongs to the Kurdish-Iranian opposition groups in Kurdistan, Iraq, near the Iraqi Kurdistan city of Sulaymaniyah. There are hundreds of fighters here; they are all Peshmerga – the famous Peshmerga. They are famous for their fighting abilities and fighting skills. What they’re saying is that they are training for the right moment. They are training for an opportunity that when it happens inside Iran, when the government in Iran has recanted that they want to move in and start fighting, of having a full-fledged military confrontation with the Iranian military. They are based here in Iraq, in Iraqi Kurdistan, but they say that they are not launching or initiating any military actions from here for fear that the Iranian military will counterattack and penalize the KRG, that’s the Kurdistan Regional Government, and start fighting it. So many of those opposition groups – Kurdish, Iranian opposition groups – that we’ve met near Sulaymaniyah, near the Iranian-Iraqi border, say that they are training… they are getting ready… they are in full communication with their Iranian-Kurdish families and fighters inside Iran who are underground, waiting for the right moment. From Sulaymaniyah, Mohommad Al-Kassim reporting from The Media Line.
