India lifts export ban on hydroxychloroquine
India on Thursday fully lifted an export ban on the anti-malarial drug hydroxychloroquine. It was touted by US President Donald Trump as a treatment for the coronavirus but was dropped by the World Health Organization in clinical trials because data showed it to be ineffective.
