Official: Israeli lockdown won’t end until positivity rate drops to 7%
The deputy director of the Israeli Health Ministry, Prof. Itamar Grotto, said Tuesday that the ministry was working on a plan to ease the current national lockdown only when the percentage of positive COVID-19 tests drops to 7%. Grotto said that right now the rate is in the range of 12%.
