In First Trip as Foreign Minister, Lapid to Visit UAE
Israel’s Foreign Minister Yair Lapid will visit the United Arab Emirates next week, his office announced. The trip scheduled for June 29-30 is the first official visit of an Israeli foreign minister to the UAE since the signing of the Abraham Accords normalizing relations between the two countries. Lapid will visit the Emirates as the guest of its foreign minister, Abdullah Bin Zayed, with whom he spoke shortly after his swearing in last week.

Truth and understanding
The Media Line's intrepid correspondents are in Israel, Gaza, Lebanon, Syria and Pakistan providing first-person reporting.
They all said they cover it.
We see it.
We report with just one agenda: the truth.
While in the UAE, Lapid will inaugurate the Israeli Embassy in Abu Dhabi as well as the Consulate General of Israel in Dubai, according to his office.
It is Lapid’s first foreign trip since being sworn in as foreign minister and alternate prime minister.
