Israel’s Civilian Administration has advanced plans for over 1,300 Palestinian homes in Area C of the West Bank, which is under Israel’s military and planning control. In addition, plans for another 170 housing units were given final approval.

The housing units are located in the areas around Bethlehem, Tulkarm, South Hebron Hills and Jenin.
The action comes a week after the Civil Administration gave final approval to 1,800 homes in Jewish settlements, and advanced plans for another 1,344.
