Lebanese-Israeli Cross-border Violence Intensifies
Recent escalations at the Lebanese-Israeli border have intensified, marked by a series of launches from Lebanon toward the Mount Dov area and strikes by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) on Hizbullah targets in Lebanon. The IDF also reported an anti-aircraft missile fired from Lebanon at one of its aircraft, which narrowly escaped a hit.
The IDF announced on Tuesday the death of a soldier, a casualty of a Hizbullah rocket attack on an IDF post near Shtula last Friday. This incident adds to the growing list of fatalities in the ongoing conflict.

Truth and understanding
The Media Line's intrepid correspondents are in Israel, Gaza, Lebanon, Syria and Pakistan providing first-person reporting.
They all said they cover it.
We see it.
We report with just one agenda: the truth.

On Monday, the cross-border violence claimed the lives of two Hizbullah fighters, and five civilians were wounded following Israeli artillery bombardment of over 21 villages and towns in southern Lebanon, coupled with 16 Israeli air raids. The offensive resulted in substantial property damage, including the destruction of seven houses and damage to 22 more homes and five vehicles.
Hizbullah admitted to launching attacks on various Israeli targets, including the village of Misgav Am. The recent confrontations have resulted in approximately 177 Lebanese deaths, including 126 Hizbullah members and 32 civilians.
