Second Child Dies From Wounds in Jerusalem Car-ramming
An 8-year-boy critically wounded in a car-ramming attack in Jerusalem on Friday died a day later of his wounds, the hospital treating him said Saturday.
Asher Menahem Paley, the older brother of 6-year-old Yaakov Yisrael Paley, died at Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem. Their father, who was also wounded when a Palestinian plowed his car into a bus stop in the Ramot neighborhood of Jerusalem, remains in moderate condition, while a third brother was lightly hurt.
Asher and the third victim of the attack, 20-year-old newly wed Alter Shlomo Lederman, were laid to rest at Har Hamenuchot Cemetery in Jerusalem on Saturday night. Yaakov was buried on Friday before the start of the Sabbath.
