Arbel Yehoud, Agam Berger, and Gadi Mozes Among Hostages Set for Release
Israeli officials confirmed that three Israeli hostages—Arbel Yehoud (29), Agam Berger (19), and Gadi Moshe Mozes (80)—will be released by Hamas on Thursday as part of the ongoing hostage-ceasefire agreement. In addition, five Thai hostages will also be freed. Their release marks 482 days in Hamas captivity.
The list of names was transmitted to Israel via mediators Egypt and Qatar on Wednesday, and the families of the three Israelis were notified. According to Israeli officials, eight Thai citizens, one Nepalese national, and one Tanzanian hostage remain in Gaza, though two of the Thai hostages and the Tanzanian have been declared dead.

Truth and understanding
The Media Line's intrepid correspondents are in Israel, Gaza, Lebanon, Syria and Pakistan providing first-person reporting.
They all said they cover it.
We see it.
We report with just one agenda: the truth.

The Hostages and Missing Families Forum released a statement welcoming the upcoming release, calling it a victory for all those who have fought for their return. “An entire nation has fought for them and anxiously awaits their longed-for return,” the organization stated. “We have both a sacred duty and moral right to bring all our brothers and sisters home. We will not give up or stop at any stage until all hostages return—down to the very last one.”

Yehoud, from Kibbutz Nir Oz, was abducted from her home on October 7, the same attack in which her partner was also taken hostage. Berger, a soldier, had been at the Nahal Oz base for only two days before she was captured. Mozes, a respected agronomist and founding member of his kibbutz’s vineyard, was kidnapped from his home, while his partner was murdered.
