Iraqi Forces Break Up Human and Drug Trafficking Rings, Arrest 40
Iraqi security forces successfully dismantled two international criminal networks involved in human and drug trafficking, leading to the arrest of 40 foreigners, Iraqi media reported on Saturday.
According to a statement from the Security Media Cell, which is associated with the Iraqi Joint Operations Command, the arrests were carried out in collaboration with the Iraqi National Intelligence Service and the Interior Ministry. The suspects were apprehended in Baghdad and various other provinces across Iraq, following detailed intelligence reports.
