Biowarfare in Iraq: Lessons Learned

Biowarfare in Iraq: Lessons Learned

Did Saddam Hussein make weapons of mass destruction? Dr. Scott Minnich was a member of the Iraq Survey Group, a fact-finding mission organized by the Pentagon and the CIA after the 2003 invasion of Iraq. Their challenge? To find the biological/chemical weapons of mass destruction alleged to be possessed by Iraq that had been the main ostensible reason for the invasion.

Come hear Dr. Minnich tell us all about it, and the lessons he learned as a scientist while he was in Iraq. Tuesday, February 18, from 7 to 8 pm in the Augustine Classroom, New Saint Andrews College, 405 S. Main St, Moscow, Idaho, USA.

The New Saint Andrews College Science & Religion Club sponsors the program.
