Dubai’s Jameel Arts Centre Unveils New ‘Second Hand’ Exhibition

The Dubai-based Jameel Arts Centre has unveiled a new exhibition called “Second Hand,” set to run until November 23. The exhibition features work by 18 artists who incorporated “banal and everyday material” into their artwork to “construct new forms and ideas…. The artworks… highlight a broad approach to object-based practices that challenge the way we perceive material and our understanding of what the material represents,” the Jameel Centre said in a statement.
