Start with Palm Sunday road (Matthew 21) to learn about Jesus’ triumphal entry to Jerusalem. Learn why “Hosana” was called when his followers saw him riding on a donkey.
Visit the Temple and see how it looked 2,000 years ago in comparison to nowadays. Learn about the place where Jesus Cleared the Temple (Matthew 21:12–22).
Go back to the Mount of Olives to visit the Dominus Flevit sanctuary where the Olivet Discourse(Luke 21:5-37) took place and where Jesus wept over Jerusalem(Luke 19:41-44), Also get a deeper understanding of why this could have happened only at the Mount of Olives.
Visit the Upper Room at Mount Zion where the last supper is commemorated and then the Garden of Gethsemane. Follow Good Friday’s Christ passion and visit the Via Dolorosa and sites of Christ trial by Pontius Pilate, his crucifixion, burial and resurrection (Nowadays Holy Sepulcher/Garden Tomb).
