On December 22, I’m spending the whole day in Haifa. It’s my Christmas treat for Heygo. I’ll be taking you for a one-off tour of Haifa’s Lower City, a buzzing district with bars, pubs and… history! In this multinational and multi-confessional city in the North of Israel, Ha-Ir ha-Tachtit (lower neighborhood) is the point where the Ottoman, British and Jewish or Islam, Christianity, and Judaism come together and make a unique blend.
