Muscat Educators, Artists Spark Power of Imagination

Imagination is at the heart of all learning, all people, all places. Imagination is as necessary in mathematics as in poetry and music, and allows us to perceive beyond mundane reality, to dream, to invent, to create. Children create their own fantasy worlds and understand abstract concepts such as love, hate, fear, excitement, even more than they understand the concrete world surrounding them. The Royal Opera House Muscat is hosting The Power of Imagination, an event featuring creative workshops and music activities specially tailored for children, teachers and the entire family in programs and adventures led by guest educators and artists, December 14 at 10 am.
