Red Sea Film Foundation Launches Fund to Support Two Saudi Films

The Red Sea Film Foundation has introduced the Tamheed Fund, a one-time competition to financially support two production-stage Saudi feature films with up to $500,000 each. The initiative aims to produce the two films and premiere them at the first edition of the Red Sea International Film Festival in March 2020. The festival’s website lists a number of eligibility conditions, and the deadline to apply is July 31. The winners will be announced August 25.
