Divestment resolutions proposed by supporters of the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement targeting Israel have generated intense controversy and bitter divisions among students, and fuelled concerns that campuses are becoming hotbeds of anti-Israel sentiment and even antisemitism.
