Israeli Forces Unveil Largest Hamas Missile Manufacturing Site in Gaza
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced the uncovering of the largest Hamas-operated explosive weapons factory in Gaza to date. Located along Salah a-Din, Gaza’s main north-south highway, the site was previously used as an evacuation route during the early stages of the war.
Press members were invited on Monday to tour the extensive weapons manufacturing complex. They observed facilities including a rocket engine production lab, missile casing storage warehouses, and an on-site tunnel shaft connecting to a larger underground network. The storage facility housed medium-range rockets capable of reaching up to 120 kilometers (75 miles), threatening major Israeli population centers like Tel Aviv.

Truth and understanding
The Media Line's intrepid correspondents are in Israel, Gaza, Lebanon, Syria and Pakistan providing first-person reporting.
They all said they cover it.
We see it.
We report with just one agenda: the truth.

The discovery was made by soldiers from the IDF’s 188th Armored Brigade and Golani Infantry Brigade during an operation in the Bureij camp in central Gaza. The site, along with the headquarters of Hamas’s al-Bureij Battalion, has been captured.
Col. Or Vollozinsky, commander of the 188th Brigade, noted the presence of multiple weapons production sites, some situated under civilian homes. He highlighted the complexity and size of the infrastructure, suggesting years of construction. While the IDF was aware of the factory’s existence, its precise location was unknown until the recent operation.
Col. Yair Palai, commander of the Golani Brigade, informed reporters that the IDF is actively working to dismantle and destroy these facilities. He emphasized the importance of neutralizing these threats to safeguard Israeli civilians from Hamas’ rocket attacks.
